Biden’s DOJ Forms Task Force to Circumvent Supreme Court’s Roe v. Wade Decision and Challenge States’ Abortion Laws

In June, our Supreme Court courageously overturned the unconstitutional Roe v. Wade, transferring abortion decisions to the States where it constitutionally belongs. Abortions remain legal and accessible with each state’s legislature and citizens determining the legal parameters for abortions.
This decision unleashed the evil and deceit poisoning the far-left and Biden Administration, from claiming the decision “took away the constitutional right to abortion, preventing women…from being able to make critical decisions about our bodies, our health, and our futures” (Associate Attorney General Gupta), allowing illegal protests outside conservative Supreme Court Justice’s homes and threatening impeachment of Judge Thomas to proposing floating abortion boats in the Gulf, “abortion tents” in national parks and shutting down all pregnancy resource centers because they “torture” women. And sanctioning infanticide – abortions on demand up to the moment of birth.
The Battle over Abortion is Dangerously Escalating:
The Biden-DOJ is forming the “Reproductive Rights Task Force” to circumvent the Roe decision by “[promoting] abortion across the country and [challenging] certain state laws on abortion.” With DOJ resources and manpower funded by our tax dollars, the task force’s goal is to “protect access to reproductive health” – aligning with pro-choice organizations, including Planned Parenthood, and weaponizing the courts to block any state’s abortion laws that don’t “comply” with the pro-abortion agenda. On Friday July 15, the US House passed two radical abortion bills:
“Women’s Health Protection Act” – “expands access to abortion by limiting the state’s ability to enact legislation protecting life” – codifying abortion rights protections into federal law (219-210 vote)
“Ensuring Access to Abortion Act” – bans states from punishing those who travel out-of-state for abortions (223-205 vote)
Sen Rubio (R-FL) and Rep Mace (R-SC) introduced the “Standing with Moms Act” which “would create Life.gov, a federal clearinghouse of pro-life resources, services, and information for pregnant and parenting mothers,” including support and information about abortion complications, and abortion failures and survivors.
