This is We the People finally enforcing the Law that our forefathers left us. Unlike politics, we needs only half of 1% of the People to take responsibility.”. This petition is about establishing/ allowing We The People to impanel a Grand Jury in Montana, rather than relying on a single district court judge to do so.  Our judiciary has no Constitutional right to control OUR grand juries.

All signatures on the CI-125 petitions must be hand signed and witnessed by the volunteer signature gatherers and/or coordinators in each House District. Gallatin county has 9 House Districts, 61 through 69. We are needing coordinators and volunteers in those districts. if you want to help gather signatures you MUST first contact MTSCOJA Montanans For Grand Juries or Bart Crabtree for a quick orientation of signature gathering. No printing out potions petitions before you have contacted the MT4GrandJuries committee.
