WHO Controls America’s Healthcare Anyway? The Biden Administration Betrays Our National Sovereignty Via Proposed Amendments to International Health Regulations Treaty
Contributor: Susan Stengel
Be Afraid.
Recently, the 75th World Health Assembly convened at the United Nations (UN) in Geneva, Switzerland, to vote on the Biden administration’s proposed amendments to the World Health Organization’s (WHO) International Health Regulations (IHR) treaty. The proposed amendments:
Create ambiguity relating to the date they become effective. The proposed amendments expressly state they will become effective 6 months after the date of notification by the Director-General, whereas the existing IHR provides that amendments become effective 18 months after notification by the Director-General. Basically, any signing member of the treaty has six months in which to object; if they don't object, they are automatically and legally bound by the new terms.
Give the IHR/WHO ultimate control over America’s health care, and our national sovereignty and authority – a deliberate attempt to implement the public health equivalent of a “one-world government” in violation of individual nations’ and citizens’ inalienable rights and sovereignty.
Take Action Now.
Make your voice heard before the WHO conducts a second round of hearings on the IHR amendments June 16-17, 2022.
ACTION #1 - Read the Health Freedom Defense Fund’s detailed explanation of the amendments and impact on all member nations here
ACTION #2 - Sign the petition now
ACTION #3 - Flood WHO’s website with written submissions, following these specific rules for commenting:
Comment Guidelines:
The "Guiding Question" for this hearing is “What substantive elements do you think should be included in a new international instrument on pandemic preparedness and response?”
Written contributions are limited to 250 words.
Written contributions must address the guiding question and observe appropriate decorum.
Written contributions which stray from these requirements will not be accepted.
The WHO’s website is not yet taking written submissions. Keep an eye on this website - but they probably won't accept submissions until June 16th. In the meantime, prepare your 250 word or less written contribution.
Recommendations on what to include in your submission to WHO:
National and local leadership must retain full autonomy, reserving the right to make decisions based on what is best for their own people.
Nations and local municipalities must have the ability to opt out of any and all portions of the agreement as they see fit, without consequence.
There must be an open and transparent process with the ability for all people of the world to vote, including failsafe measures that will prevent the application of the global agreement in places where a majority of the people do not want it.
Measures that do not allow for influence in the process by any and all pharmaceutical companies or other global health profiteers.
ACTION #4 - Contact your Senator. These amendments to the IHR do NOT need two-thirds approval by the US Senate by virtue of our UN and WHO membership.
